Q: What services does Border7 offer?
A: We are a full fledge Marketing & Media Firm. Now what that means, is up to you. We do graphic & web design and also dabble in online marketing. For more detailed information, check the services page.

Q: Do you work with clients outside of Simi Valley, CA?
A: Yes, since we work on the internet it allows us to work with people anywhere in the world. We like our location, but are willing to travel to you or work online. The choice is yours.

Q: How good are you at Rockband?
A: Most of us can play expert on Guitar and Bass, but the drums...don't ask us to go above Medium.

Q: How do you price websites?
A: We have a few basic plans designated, however, every project is unique so we try to custom quote to meet your budget as much as possible.

Q: Do you take Vacations?
A: We try really hard to work on all our client's projects but we also plan ahead. We still work on client projects on Major Holidays and the only time when we "stop" working is for a week in December (Holidays) and the last week of July (ComicCon).

Q: What if I have an existing site and just want a few changes?
A: We do minor redesigns for pre-existing websites. If you go to the web form and choose redesign, we can open discussion.

Q: What do you do in your free time?
A: Listen to music…Watch movies…take long walks on the beach. You know, normal stuff.

Q: Do I need to provide the content for the site?
A: This is up to you. If you provide the content, it is less work for us, which means less cost to you. However, we do offer copywriting services and also editing. We will help you help us as much as possible.

Q: Who decides on the navigation and organization of our website?
A: This is a team effort. We, at Border7, will not shove something down your throats. We will discuss your goals and build a website around you and what you want. We will make suggestions, but ultimately, you decide.

Q: What is the turn-around time?
A: In most cases it takes a few weeks for a site to be completed. However, prompt responses and lots of feedback can speed up the process considerably.

Q: If you were a candy, what would it be?
A: We decided to pick whatever candy you don’t like solely so you won’t eat us.
