Luxury Retail Boutique has Increased Traffic from Redesign

Zeny's Boutique was getting hits to their site, but very few stayed due to the bland website. Aileen, from Zeny's, contacted Border7 to design a compelling website that would engage visitors.

Problem: The website was generating traffic, but very few visitors would stay on the site. Some may have misclicked, some didn't think the site was truly a high-end fashion store, while others were just not impressed. They clicked on links to Zeny's Boutique, the page loaded, and then they quickly pressed the back key.

Solution: Border7 design a new face for the online store. The navigation was simple and easy to follow, the user quickly knew what the store was selling, and it felt luxiourus. The new design addressed many of the problems that Aileen was having.

Result: Zeny's Boutique visitors reduced its bounce rate by 30%.
