Ticket System Walk-through

Anytime you need to contact support, you will need to login to our ticket system. Our ticket system allows us to keep track of any and all issues reported to us (in an organized fashion). Otherwise, you may get ahold of Keimach, and you wouldn't want that. He tends to be cranky.

Logging In

Go to www.border7.com/myaccount or click existing clients to the right. You will be prompted to login. Your welcome email will contain your login information. Enter the information and click login.
